1.How We Use the Information We Collect

In addition, we may also use the information you provided during registration, to automatically set up an email account for you at the registered Service, so that you can make online dating and social networking more convenient and secure.

2.With Whom We Share Your Information

We share the categories of Personal Data described above as follows:
        (a)  Service Providers. We may share your information with third-party service providers for business purposes, including those that provide business, professional, or technical support functions that make products and our Services available to you. We may also share information about you with your financial service provider in order to verify and make transactions and refunds and for fraud detection and prevention purposes.

We may disclose your information to protect the security of our Service including our servers, network systems, and databases.         (d)  Transfer of Business or Assets. We may transfer assets in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or bankruptcy. Sugar match takes reasonable measures in an effort to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you, but we make no assurances about our ability to prevent any such loss, misuse or alteration, and we will have no liability to you or to any third party arising out of any such loss, misuse or alteration. Sugar match may store and process personal information in the United States and other countries.

4.Choice About the Collection and Use of Your Information

You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may result in you being unable to use certain features of our Service because such information may be required in order for you to register as user; purchase products or services; participate in a contest, promotion, survey, or sweepstakes; ask a question; or initiate other transactions.
